Apply olive 🫒 oil on red capsicum 🫑 & roast it till fully black (burnt) you can see in pic. After roasting keep in a bowl & cover it so steam will help to remove all black part

It will clean nicely & remove steam & seeds cut it ;keep aside

Now in a mixer jar add lobia, garlic 🧄, red capsicum,olive oil, lemon juice, salt, chili powder, pepper powder & blend it don’t add water

Now add ice +ice water & chat masala & blend it till smooth. Ice + ice water make this dip fluffy

Remove in a bowl, make a circle; in circle put some boiled lobia & chili oil

On sides make marks with chili powder use fork 🍴 dip in olive oil & make. Garnish with chopped parsley / coriander leaves

Enjoy with chips / pita bread / veggie sticks / paratha
