Wash the Jhinge and begun, wash the Rohu fish, smear the fish with turmeric powder and salt. Cut the veggies into cubes and set aside

In a pan heat mustard oil and add fish pieces, fry and set aside to cool, debone and set aside for further use

In a pan add mustard seeds and pinch Phoron and roast for 2-3 mins, set aside to cool and powder it

In a pan heat mustard oil, add green chilli slit, the powdered masala and stir for 2 mins, add veggies and stir

Add fish and stir well, add red chilli paste and turmeric powder, salt and cook well, add little water and mix

Add ginger paste and Cover to cook and set aside

Serve with steamed rice and enjoy
