For this Uthappam or dosa we need to prepare batter first. For that soak 4 cup rice and one cup whole Ragi for at least 6 hours then then grind it in mixer jar and keep this mixture overnight and then use this batter for preparing uttapam or dosa. Take batter and add chopped cabbage or leftover cabbage sabji also add chopped onion and tomato in it then add salt as per test mix it well.

Keep PAN on medium flame and then spread batter in it put some tomato pieces on upper layer then after 3 to 4 minutes flip this Uthappam. Again keep this uttapam for three four minutes remove it in plate.

Serve it in plate with sauce, green chutney and sambar.
