Steps

Wash and Soak mixed dal for 4 hours. Then grind in a mixture jar by adding 1 cup of water.

Transfer grinded dal in a bowl add besan. Mix it well.

Add Salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Mix it well.

Add chopped Fenugreek, green coriander, grated bottle gourd add carrot.

Add chopped green chilli ginger paste. Mix it well.

Make medium thick better. Heat tawa, gease with little oil. Spread chilla better carefully. Cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle little oil.

Cook both sides till golden brown. mixed dal veggies chilla is ready to serve. You can enjoy with khatta pickle.
