Soak the soya chunks in water for 10 minutes. Then finely chop the onions, garlic cloves and green chillies, drain the soaked soya and water. Then press all the water out of it and remove the water, then crush the soya in a mixer and make it into a coarse powder. Now put oil in a pan and add garlic and fry it, then add onions and green chillies and fry it, when everything

When everything is cooked, add crushed soya, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt, add paneer and mix everything well and keep it to cool. Now to make the momos layer, add oil and salt to a bowl of minda flour and knead the dough and let the dough rest for 5 minutes. Now we will make the momos into thin puri-like rotis and fill them with the soya masala you have made and roll them. In this way, make all the momos,

Make all the momos, steam them and serve them with special red chutney. The chutney of momos is special, spicy and delicious.
