Puffed rice upma
Steps

Collect puffed rice, and other ingredients ready. Cut onion, tomato, coriander leaves and curry leaves.keep aside.

Take a bowl, add puffed rice,add water,soak for a second and remove,drain the water completely.

Keep a fry pan on medium heat,add oil, mustard,urad dal,chana dal and ground nuts, fry for two minutes. Add curry leaves, chopped onion, tomato and salt saute for few minutes, add sambar powder, turmeric powder mix,till tomato mash well.

Now add the drained puffed rice, mix well for five minutes, Add chopped coriander leaves. Remove from heat.

Tasty puffed rice upma is ready now. Transfer a serving bowl. It's very tasty and light food. You can enjoy as breakfast, dinner or evening snack.
