Take a cup full of raw peanuts,wash and add into a cooker,pour 1 cup of water and salt. Keep for five whistle. Once pressure releases, take out the peanuts,drain the water completely.

Keep a fry pan on medium heat,add mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal and curry leaves, and green chillies, fry for a minute. Then add the cooked peanuts.

Mix well for few minutes. Add little salt, grated coconut.

Mix well for few minutes minutes. Turn off the heat. Peanut sundal is ready. Transfer to a serving bowl.

Very healthy and tasty peanut sundal is ready to serve. Enjoy the sundal as evening snack with tea.
