Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water for 15 to 20 minutes.

Once slightly cooled, transfer the potatoes to a bowl. Add the smoked salmon cut into strips, all other ingredients, and let chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice and zest.

Mix the potato salad with the dressing and sprinkle with oregano and smoked cayenne pepper.
