Wheat Flour/Oats Flour Pancakes

Take all ingredients together. First, ground the oats in a blender jar to make a flour or you can opt store bought oats flour.

Now in a bowl add ground oats, wheat flour and baking powder. Gradually add milk and make a batter.

Heat oil in a pan and pour the prepared batter, simmer and cook until the bubble appears. Flip and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Serve with eggs, sliced bananas, cranberries, honey/maple syrup over the top.

Enjoy with a cup of tea or a milk.

Note - This recipe is not for vegans or vegetarians, else you can opt flax eggs/chia eggs or coconut milk/soy milk/almond milk, any plant based milk.

Wheat flour can be substituted with amaranth, buckwheat, chickpea or ragi flour.

Please ignore my frying pan. It's a non-stick pan but with a regular use it turned like this.
