Ragi Instant Sweet Paniyaram
Cooking Instructions

Take all the needed ingredients.

In a bowl add ragi,rice flour,coconut,cardamom,salt and keep aside.

In an another bowl add jaggery and add 1/4cup water and heat until it dissolves in to water.

Now filter the jaggery syrup and add it in to the flour mixing. Then mix well.

Then add required amount of water. And close it and keep aside for 10mts.

Now add baking soda and mix well. In a hot paniyaram pan,rub ghee and pour a ladle of batter and carefully flip and cook. Thatsit. Its delicious.
