  • 250 grripe jamun (Indian blueberry)
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonscinnamon
  • 1 tablespoonSugar

    First, wash the jamun thoroughly and wipe them dry. Set them aside.
    Take a medium-sized bowl, add the jamun, and mash them well to remove the seeds.
    Once the seeds are removed, blend the pulp using a mixer.

    Heat a nonstick pan, add the jamun pulp, and cook it on low heat for about 2 minutes,stirring occasionally.

    Add sugar, a pinch of salt, and a little cinnamon powder to the cooked jamun pulp. Stir continuously.
    After about 4 minutes, the mixture will become slightly thin. Turn off the heat, add lemon juice, and mix well.

    Let the mixture cool completely. Once cooled, transfer the Jamun Murabba to an airtight jar and store it properly.
