First, wash the jamun thoroughly and wipe them dry. Set them aside.
Take a medium-sized bowl, add the jamun, and mash them well to remove the seeds.
Once the seeds are removed, blend the pulp using a mixer. - 2
Heat a nonstick pan, add the jamun pulp, and cook it on low heat for about 2 minutes,stirring occasionally.

Add sugar, a pinch of salt, and a little cinnamon powder to the cooked jamun pulp. Stir continuously.
After about 4 minutes, the mixture will become slightly thin. Turn off the heat, add lemon juice, and mix well. - 4
Let the mixture cool completely. Once cooled, transfer the Jamun Murabba to an airtight jar and store it properly.
