Veg Au Gratin is made with a variety of mixed vegetables tossed white sauce and cheese and baked till golden and bubbly.
Steps

Take all the ingredients for Veg. Au Gratin.

Now take a pan add water and salt to it, Now boil for 5 mins and add chopped carrots abd french beans to it,

Now add Brocoli to it and add green peas to it,Now boil the vegetables for 5 mins and strain it in strainer,

Now take a pan add butter to it, Now add Italian seasoning, red chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper to it and mix well, Now add maida flour to it and mix it well so it absorbs all the flavours, Now add milk to it and stir well so no lumps formed,

Now add grated Cheddar cheese to it and make it thick white sauce, Now add boiled vegetables to it and mix well,

Now add again all the seasoning like Italian seasoning, red chilli flakes, oregano, and black pepper powder to it and mix well and now take it to the baking cups or tray and topp it with some mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese,

Now sprinkle oregano and bake it for 15 mins at 180°, Now our Veg. Au gratin is ready to serve, serve hot.
