Steps
- 1
Take any lentils of your choice. I chose split yellow moong, toor or pigeon peas. Wash, rinse and soak overnight or 3 to 4 hours.
- 2
In the morning, strain and blend without using water. Add all the spices with 2 tablespoons of rice flour.
- 3
Now take any veggies of your choice.
- 4
Chop and combine with a blended dal along with grated tofu. Shape into cutlets.
- 5
Put oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets till they turn golden brown.
- 6
Serve with onion rings, pomegranate and Salsa.
- 7
Enjoy!
