Steps

Wash tomato, peel onion, cut in a big pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Add green coriander stem, green chilli, ginger, garlic cloves.

Add cut onion and tomato. Saute it for 5 minutes. Add salt. Mix it well. Keep cool and make smooth paste.

For white paste, put cashew nuts, poppy seeds, watermelon seeds, dry red chilli in a hot water for 15 minutes and make smooth paste.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, black pepper, green cardamom, dry red chilli, saute it for 2 minutes. Add tomato onion paste and saute it.

Add white paste, saute it for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree. Give a nice mix. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala and salt as per taste.

Add paneer cubes and butter. Mix it well. Add kasuri methi.

Cook shahi paneer for 2 minutes. So all the ingredients will mix well. You can enjoy with paratha.
