Ingredients

30 minutes
  • 1 bunchpalak
  • 1 cuptuvar dal
  • 1/2 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 1/2 tspginger paste
  • 3 tspoil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1dry chilli
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 3/4 TSPred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan heat oil.add cumin seeds.and dry chilli.add finely chopped palak.add salt and turmeric powder.

    Add ginger paste and green chilli paste.saute about 3-5 minutes.add boil tuvar dal add salt and masala.

    Simmer on low flame for 5-7 minutes.serve with rice or roti.
