Ingredients

  1. 200 gpaneer
  2. 8kashmiri chilli
  3. 1carrot
  4. 2 tbssweetcorn
  5. 2 tsppeas
  6. 1potato
  7. 6beans
  8. 1/2yellow capsicum
  9. 2 tspoil
  10. For sauce:
  11. 1red capsicum
  12. 7garlic pods
  13. 1 inchginger
  14. 2 tbsonion
  15. Handfulcoriander leaves
  16. 1 tbspvinegar
  17. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  18. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Take all the ingredients. Slice the veggies. In a bowl, add hot water and soake kashmiri chillies around 15mts.

    In a mixer jar add all the ingredients given in for sauce and also add soaked kashmiri chillies, grind well and transfer to a bowl.

    Coat the sauce around paneer. In a hot pan add oil and place the coated paneer and flip and cook for few mins and keep aside.

    In the same pan,add sliced vegetables and saute,add pepper powder and salt. Cover and cook for 3mins and add 2tbs of peri peri sauce and mix well. cook 2more mins.

    That's it. Now serve Peri Peri Paneer Steak with Veggies.
