First of all, soak Chia seeds in greek yogurt.Stir the chia seed content with a spoon or fork for 30 seconds. add coconut milk and mix Wait a few minutes, then stir again to avoid clumping. Keep it in refrigerator.

For a while to make dalgona, add coffee, sugar and water in deep glass. Whisk it until fluffy.(as shown in photo and video).

Add dalgona into soaked chia mixture and mix it well. Add maple syrup and mix. Now refrigerat for 6 hours or overnight or until pudding has formed.

In a jar or cup, begin layering starting with chia seed pudding (¾ jar); the next layer add some of the Greek yogurt, then a layer of cocoa powder.

After heavily dust the top with cocoa powder. Enjoy or place back in the refrigerator covered to enjoy later.
