To make Dahi Tikhari, take a bowl of curd and make a paste of garlic, add red chilli, salt and mix it. Now put oil in a pan, in this oil and red chilli powder should be used more. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and neem in it, add the masala made from garlic and saute it, turn off the gas and add curd and add some sugar and serve with millet roti or bhakhri, paratha.
