Take a big plate add wheat flour add 1 tsp oil and water make fine dough

Take a ball and roll it make thin round saute it both sides apply ghee make all roties

Take a pan add rice wash it add water and boil it when it cook proper drain it rice is ready

Wash Moong and add in cooker add water cover lid after 3 whitsle turn off flame take a pan add 1 tsp ghee 2 dry chilli Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp mustard and cumin seeds 1/2 tsp Asophoetida 1tbsp chopped tomato kadi leaves saute it

Add boiled moong water 1 tsp chilli ginger paste 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp chilli powder salt to taste lemon juice mix it well moong is ready

Cut cabbage potatoes tomato take a cooker and 2 tsp oil add chopped vegetables add salt to taste 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder cover with lid after 2 whitsle turn off flame sabji is ready

Peel off raw papiya cut green chilli take a pan heat it add 1 tsp oil 1 tsp mustard and cumin seeds add Asophoetida

Add grated papiya chilli saute it add salt and pinch turmeric mix it papiya sambharo ready kathiyavadi thali ready to serve enjoy
