Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBeetroot Hummus cooked chickpeas
  2. 1medium beetroot,cooked and peeled
  3. 1/4 cuplemon juice
  4. 1/4 cuptahini
  5. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  7. 3table olive oil
  8. Paprika/ poppy seeds/ seesam/ parsley for garnish

Steps

5-10 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend chickpeas, beetroot, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, and salt.
    Slowly add olive oil while blending until smooth.

    Taste and adjust seasoning.

    Tips:*

    - Adjust beetroot amount to desired color and flavor.
    - Add water if too thick.
    - Garnish with paprika or parsley for a pop of color.
