2-3 servings
  • 1 cupsuji (semolina/rava)
  • 2 tbspoats
  • 1/2 cupbeetroot pulp
  • 1/2 cupwater/ buttermilk/ curd (needed) (buttermilk+ beetroot pulp)
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoonchopped green chilies
  • leavesChopped coriander
  • Oil/ ghee for cooking

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix suji, oats,beetroot pulp, buttermilk, salt, cumin seeds, and green chilies.
    Let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes.

    Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle of batter, and spread evenly.
    Cook until golden brown, flip, and cook the other side.

    Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.

    - Adjust the amount of water / buttermilk, Curd to achieve the right consistency.
    - Add other spices or herbs to taste.
