My Homemade Beef Soup

One of those days when you just want a soup to lift your spirits, so I grabbed everything I could find and made a really good soup, which became my lunch and breakfast the next day.
This is my recipe for meals you eat with a spoon, which is why the photo has a spoon in it. 🤣🤣

Steps
- 1
Place the beef in a pressure cooker with the water to tenderize the meat. Add green onion and garlic for flavor.
- 2
Meanwhile, cut all the ingredients into pieces of your preferred size.
- 3
Once the meat is tender, add the harder vegetables like yuca first. After about 30 minutes, add the remaining ingredients and cook until all the vegetables are soft.
- 4
Serve with a bowl of white rice, letting everyone add as much as they like. Enjoy!

Thank you Cookpad for your activities!!
