Steps

Soak ragi overnight and next morning boil it till it becomes soft. Strain water and keep aside. You can use that water in place of plain water while making upma.

Heat oil in a kadhai, add urad dal and peanuts, add mustard seeds, green chillies and chopped vegetables and peas

Add rawa and mix well. Cook for 5mins. Add boiled ragi to it. Add turmeric and mix well.

Mix curd with 4cups of water, if you have boiled ragi water, u can use that instead of plain water. Add it to the upma, add salt and mix well. Cook till it dries.

Garnish with nylon sev and Serve hot.
