Romaine salad is almost a daily dish for me—if I skip it, I feel like I'm missing my veggies. Even when we eat out, my husband doesn't have to ask what I want; he just orders a plate of salad for me!

Wash and dry the lettuce, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the carrot, cucumber, and bell pepper, and add them to the salad.

Next, thinly slice the onion and cilantro. Sprinkle blackberries and crispy wonton strips on top. Boil the king crab with beer, then choose a dressing like Ranch or Balsamic vinaigrette to toss with the salad.

Serve the salad with king crab and your choice of dressing.
