First take medium size bowl add curd, besan and mix it without lumps,add ginger paste,and mix it well. heat a pan add ghee, once it hot add cumin seeds, asafoetida,curry leaves.

In curd batter add salt, sugar,and water and make it thin. Add moringa powder and mix it nicely, add this mixture in pan and boiled it for 2 minutes. ready your moringa cashiers is ready,garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice,hot hot,
