To make Green Chutney :
In a mixer jar, add all the ingredients for Green Chutney and blend well.
Add water as needed and blend again to a smooth (slightly coarse) consistency.
Transfer the prepared Green Chutney to a separate bowl. - 2
To prepare Yogurt mixture :
In a bowl, take yogurt and add sugar. Mix well and refrigerate for 10 minutes. - 3
Kesari Chutney :

Wash and dry the mixer jar. Add chopped tomatoes, carrots, beetroot, salt, red chili powder, and cumin powder. Blend well to make the Kesari Chutney. Transfer it to a separate bowl.

Now, in a glass plate, spread a layer of Green Chutney, followed by a layer of chilled yogurt, and finally a layer of Kesari Chutney. Your Tri-Color Chutney is ready

This chutney can be used to make tri-color dishes like idlis, dosas, parathas, and puris.
- You can replace coriander with spinach if desired.
