Boil the milk in a pan, then add vinegar to curdle it.Strain the curds using tea strainer and rinse with cold water.

Squeeze out excess water and knead the paneer until smooth.Add sugar and cardamom powder, mix well, and let the mixture cool.

Once cooled, press the mixture into a modak mold to shape. Put it in freez for 5 minutes... then Carefully remove from the mold

Decorate with edible silver powder.& put it on decorated serving plate

Tips
Ensure the paneer is well-kneaded for a smooth texture.
