Fill a tall glass with ice and one slice of lemon.

Add the coconut or maple syrup.

Slowly pour in the Coca Cola to avoid too much foam.

Add the heavy cream. If you want to use half and half, use a ratio of 1 to 4: that is, 1/2 teaspoon heavy cream and 1 tablespoon fresh milk plus 1 teaspoon.

Gently stir to combine the ingredients.

Add another slice of lemon and serve immediately!
