In a bowl add wheat flour dry yeast salt knead soft dough and keep on rest for 2 hours

Soak chana daal for 2 hours strain

Add chana daal into mixie jar add salt garlic ginger and grind coarsely without water.

In a kadhai add 1tsp oil cook chana daal add red chilli powder turmeric powder green chillies coriander leaves

Take a ball from dough and stuff chana daal stuffing and give gunjhiya shape steam for 15 minutes

Cut siddus into pieces and in akadhai add 2tsp oil mustard seeds green chillies coriander leaves little turmeric red chilli powder add siddus cook for 2-3minutes

Siddu is ready to serve you can avoid tadka add little ghee
