Take a kadhie cook coconut and jaggery in low flame add cardamom powder.allow it to cool.make small balls out of it

Soak dal and rice for 6 hours, grind it coarsely, it gives a crunchy texture,add salt and sugar,mix it.

Then dip these coconut balls into the batter deep fry.

Susiyam is ready
