First prepare masala powder, to a pan add one spoon coconut oil add methi seeds,urad dal, sesame seeds, coconut,red chilly and fry roast on low to medium heat till sesame seeds starts crackle off the heat and grind to smooth paste adding enough water.

Heat oil add oil mustard seeds and chopped pineapple and fry for a while then add prepared paste and mix it well.

Add salt, jagarry, mix it cook for a minute and it's ready to serve.
