Heat milk, When it comes to boil add soaked rice stir continuously on low to medium flame.

Add sugar, elaichi powder and stir continuously on medium flame.

Rice cooked for at least 10-15 mins on low flame until soft and thicken.

Rice kheer become creamy and thicken texture, then turn off the flame. Heat in another pan add ghee and cashew nuts and kismis fry until golden brown. Then add prepared Rice Kheer. Your delicious and yummy Rice Pudding is ready.
Tips
When making Chawal Ki Kheer, always used soaked rice atleast 1 hour and always used full fat milk, Your Rice Kheer is more delicious and thicken 👌
