Easy Rice cake/lontong nasi

Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsrice
  2. 9 cupswat
  3. 1 tspsugar
  4. 1sp. salt
  5. 1/2 stalklemon grass
  6. 2 pieceskafir lime leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the rice

  2. 2

    Cook the rice at normal way in rice cooker until we hear sound if click from the clicker usually after 20 minutes Cook.

    Mix the rice and pounding until it's broken more look like porridge. Do it when it is still hot.

    Put the cooked rice in the square container glass or plastic or tin it doesn't matter with Saran Wrap or plastic cling underneath and press lightly.

    Put it in the fridge until at least 3 hours. Cut it with wet hot knife and put it on the plate and serve.
