Firstly chop the cauliflower and put the salt over it and kept it aside for 1 hour.

For dough -take a wheat flour add half tbsp salt and add water to make a soft dough.

Now rinse the water from cauliflowe by taking it in hand and pressing it hard and keep aside,then add coriander leaves,red chilli,green chilli, ginger and mix it properly

Now make small balls from dough and fill the masala in it and roll over the rolling board and then put it on tawa and cook from both the sides till it gets golden
