Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupSoaked chia seeds in milk
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 2 teaspoonsPowdered sugar
  • 1/2 cupMilk powder
  • 1 teaspoonCornflour
  • 1/2 cupMalai (fresh cream)
  • 2 teaspoonsHoney
  • 1 tablespoonKesar (saffron) syrup
  • 2 tablespoonsAlmond pieces
  • 3 tablespoonsCashew pieces
  • 1 tablespoonPistachio pieces
  • 3 tablespoonsRaisins (kishmish)
  • 1/2 teaspoonCardamom (elaichi) powder

    Heat milk on medium flame. When boiling, add cornflour paste and stir until smooth.

    Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.

    In a bowl, blend malai, sugar, 1 tablespoon milk, and milk powder until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.

    Add the cooled milk-cornflour mixture and soaked chia seeds, then blend briefly for a smooth, fluffy consistency.

    Mix in honey, kesar syrup, and cardamom powder.

    Add all dry fruits and mix well.
