Gajar Ka Halwa with Khoya

At first, wash the gajar properly, then peel and grate. Take a kadhai add ghee and grated carrot. Cook on low flame for about 15-20 minutes. Bring the milk to a boil. Keep stirring.

When the carrot becomes soft add milk. Cook on low flame and reduce the milk completely. Stir continuously.

Add sugar and mix properly. Stir it continuously. Add cardamom powder and mix well.

At this stage, there is no liquid and there are chances to burn. Add ghee, khoya, and dry fruits. Again cook till ghee separates. Mix everything well.

Switch off the flame. Garnish with dry fruits. Halwa is ready now. Serve hot and chilled as you wish and enjoy......😋😋
