Steps

Wash and chop fenugreek leaves.

Heat pan add peanuts chana dal sesame seeds and kaju dry roast it and allow it to cool completely. Make a smooth paste adding 1/2 cup water in mixer grinder.Keep it aside.

Heat pan add 1 tsp oil add 2 garlic and saute for a min add methi leaves and sprinkle pinch of salt cook till it leave the water.Separate the water and keep it aside.

Heat oil add jeera and garlic saute for a min.

Add onion and dry red chilli and cook till it becomes soft.

Add all masala and tomato and cook till it becomes soft add water and cook.

Add prepared masala and cook again.Add water if needed.

Add methi leaves and cook again

Serve hot with chapati jeera rice.
Tips
Adjust the amount of garlic according to your taste for a stronger flavor.
