Steps

👉Add Rajgira flour and salt in a mixing bowl and make a dough by adding water slowly. Keep aside and Cover it for 15 minutes.

👉Mash paneer in a bowl and add chopped onion, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves and all dry masala and mix well.

👉 Now take a portion of dough and roll it keep a small portion of paneer stuffing and place grated cheese over it and cover it by bringing edges to the centre.

👉Roll it with the help of rolling pin.

👉Heat a griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and place the paratha over it. Roast for 2 minutes and then flip the side and roast from other side also.

👉Apply oil over it flip again and again apply cooking oil on this side. Roast till golden.

👉Like wise make all the parathas and serve hot with Fresh Malai.
