1. In a bowl, whisk together 3 eggs and ½ cup of sugar.

2. Melt 120 g of butter in a small saucepan.

3. Once the butter melts, add 1 bar (125 g) of chocolate and stir until completely melted.

4. Pour this chocolate mixture into the egg–sugar mixture and combine well.

5. Add ½ cup flour and 1 packet of vanilla sugar, mixing until smooth.

6. Line a baking tin with parchment paper and pour in half of the batter.

7. Add plenty of frozen berries and white chocolate pieces if desired.

8. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

9. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
