Steps

Wash and clean amla mirchi ginger.

Pressure cook amla for 1 whistle. Allow it to cool and separate the segment.

Allow it to dry completely.

Cut ginger and mirchi into long pieces

Take a mixing bowl add all ingredients except oil hing and kalonji.

Take a tadka pan heat oil add hing and kalonji.Let it cool at room temperature.Pour over the mixture and mix gently.

Keep it aside for 2 hours.It can be consumed instantly after 2 hours.

Can be kept in fridge for 2 weeks.
