Kathiyawadi style Dill leaves curry (suva bhaji nu shaak)

First of all, clean and chop the suva bhaji/dill leaves.Then wash it twice with clean water and drain it. Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida. Add chopped tomato and cook till it becomes soft.

Now add garlic paste. cook for few seconds. add the green shepu/suva bhaji. Then add all the spices, salt and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

Now add 1 cup or as much water as required, cover and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now the shepu curry / suva bhaji is ready to serve. It can be served with bajri rotla,bhakhri or roti.
