Clean & wash Bathua nicely ; blanch it with salt & sugar then keep in ice cold water so cooking will stop after some times drai it & grind with ginger garlic & green chili in fine paste

Take multigrain flour in a pan add all spices ghee & Bathua puree & make semi soft dough cover & keep aside for 10 minutes

In a bowl mix all paneer stuffing ingredients & keep aside

Make equal size ball. Dust the flour on rolling board roll it little & put stuffing in it & seal nicely & extra remove it. Apply dry flour & roll it with light hand not very thin or very thick. You can see in pic

Heat griddle on medium flame 🔥 roast stuff roti 🫓 both sides by applying ghee till golden spots come or little crisp You can see in pic

Serve garma garam stuff Bathua roti 🫓 with baghara dahi. You will love it

When stuffing is over then i make some Bathua roti also with same dough
