Steps

Ready all ingredients for the dough. Into the methi leaves mix oil and all masalas.

Mix this methi masala mixture with the wheat flour. Adding the required quantity of water,knead a medium consistency dough.

Cover and rest the dough for 15-20 minutes. Smoothen dough using some oil. Make portions and roll out the theplas using dry wheat flour.

Roast on a heated tawa,first side semi-roasted,on slow gas. Turn and now increase the flame to medium fast.

Apply oil on the semi-roasted side.Turn and apply oil on the other side and roast the theplas on medium fast gas. When nice marks come on both sides the theplas are done. Cool them and then store in an airtight container. Serve with any of the above-mentioned accomplishments.I have served them for lunch with bhindi sabzi, beetroot salad and curd. Happy Cooking 😊!!
Tips
Roast on medium fast gas to get soft theplas. However,do not burn them.
