Heat the cooker. Add oil in it. When oil gets heated add khada masala, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, crushed garlic and saute. Then add turmeric powder and asafoetida and mix well.

Now add chopped tomatoes, garam masala, coriander and cumin powder, red chilli powder and saute.

Now add tuvar dana, potato, papadi, yam, brinjals, purple yam, sweet potato and mix all well together. Now add water, fresh coconut and fresh coriander leaves.

Now all well mix together well. Add salt and mix well again. Now cover the cooker with lid and make 3 whistles. After some time put off the lid and add methi muthiya. Mix well and serve hot.
