  1. 1avocado – medium to large
  2. 1onion finely chopped
  3. 1tomato finely chopped
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tspchaat masala
  6. 1/4 tsproasted jeera powder
  7. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves chopped
  8. 1/4 tsplemon juice
  9. 8krackjack biscuit
  10. 1/4 cupsev

    We want the avocado in two halves. Remove the seed.
    With a spoon, scoop out the entire avocado flesh, which is like butter and gets removed easily

    Make a paste in a mixter grinder.

    Add the paste of avocado in a mixing bowl.

    Add finely chopped onion, tomato and coriander leaves.

    Add salt,chat masala, roasted cumin powder in it.

    Add lemon juice.

    Mix well.

    Now place the biscuits in a tray.

    Now gently place the avocado filling on the biscuits slices.

    Garnish with sev and tomato ketchup. Serve avocado biscuit canapes as soon as you make them.
