This is very apt and tempt seasonal rice receipe from youngersters to elders because of this taste . Fulfilling dish.with lot of good taste full of energy and vitamin c..

First measure one and half cup rice plain rice and cook it and let them cool it and rest for some time.

Take one medium size raw mango with skin grate it nicely and keep it separately. Take 2 nos Amla grate it separately. And take ginger and grate it and keep it separately. Cut two nos of green chilli and chopped nicely.

Take a frying kadai pour two two of refined oil and add your mustard seeds,urad dal,chana dal, ground nut green chilli,grated ginger,add hing powder and add green chillies and red chilli also add finally when they become golden brown then add your grated raw mango and add grated amla add Turmeric powder,add coriander leaves and switch off your gas after cooking add lemon juice,powder fried methi seeds and add your required salt. Add your final touch add your boiled rice and mix with gingelly
