Take oil in a pan and add the mashed potatoes along with all the dry spices mentioned for the potatoes mash and mix well and bhuno for 4-5 minutes till everything gets nicely blended and cooked.

Now mix this ready masala into the capsicum halves

MDip the masala side into the besan batter and shallow fry in a tablespoon of oil in a griddle pan with besan side down first and cooked then flip and cook on capsicum green side till well charred and smoky.

Serve hot with rotis or paranthas 👍👍😋😋
