Heat the pan put butter then add the broussel sprout cover ang coom for 5mins then set a side

In the same pan cook the garlic until light brown,add cooking cream,chicken stock bring to boil until its thicken,pepper and salt to taste..

Spread on top of the broussel sprout...you can have also chicken and spread on top and serve with salad
