Have become aware of the Recipe through watching a short video on Facebook . A good Coffee is required I used Douwe Egberts PURE GOLD MEDIUM ROAST the DE Coffee

Need to make a very strong mug 600ml of coffee, so 4 heaped dessert spoons of coffee granules in the mug and then add 4 heaped dessert spoons of white granulated sugar and then pour boiling hot water from the electric kettle over the mix - stir - and then allow too cool. Will not need all of it

Place 1/4 cup of the coffee liquid mix into a Tefal food processor etc. and then add the 1 (One) cup of Greek style yoghurt and then add the 3 heaped dessert spoons caster sugar (can put it in at the end - before freezing). Add the frozen banana pieces and then automatically blitz blend until smooth

Transfer to a rectangular ice-cream container with it's lid 11in 4 × 4 inches and then freeze for at least 24 hours - a whole day - might have to defrost it for one hour for a soft scoop of the ice-cream
